Our team have been responsible for the marketing strategies & launches for a majority of Australia's premium residential projects.
SRQ was founded by Nick Clydsdale who has been an industry leader in Residential Project Marketing in South East Queensland and Northern NSW for over a decade, since moving to the Gold Coast from Sydney in 2014. In this time his team has overseen the launch and settlement of over 26 residential projects and more than $4 billion in direct retail sales – an unmatched achievement in the South East Queensland premium market space.
The extensive market knowledge garnered from these campaigns allows SRQ to give clients a fine grain view of what the market is doing today but also to develop strategies ahead of time so our clients are consistently building campaigns and strategies that are leading the market.
The SRQ team have driven the sales and marketing campaigns on the majority of the South East Queensland’s most iconic residential developments. Their knowledge and indepth market expertise in these campaigns has generated market leading levels of national and international reach as well as regularly resetting price benchmarks in premium residential markets.
